All of us here at Fallen Footwear are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from government authorities related to the containment of COVID-19 virus.
All estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed due to the COVID-19. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may also impact delivery time. Travel restrictions may affect shipments outbound to all areas, but we will always do our best to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible.
We are closely monitoring guidance by the World Health Organization and other public health organizations and taking proper health precautions where warranted. We are also encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at email@example.com or call us at +1 (760) 687 9554 immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Fallen’s warehouse hours are from 9 am - 4 pm EST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Miami warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday.
Free ground shipping in the U.S. Ground shipping takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by USPS. Others paid options available by checkout.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please, choose another address to ship it to or another shipping option.
