EXCHANGES, RETURNS & PRE-ORDER POLICY

Thank you for shopping at FallenFootwear.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Support Team at customerservice@fallenfootwear.us and we will gladly assist you with the exchange or return process.

ITEM CONDITION

All items submitted for exchange or return must be in resellable condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

If an exchange or return request is denied because the item does not meet our policy requirements, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

We appreciate your understanding.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to request an exchange for an item purchased at FallenFootwear.com, please contact customerservice@fallenfootwear.us within 30 days of the original order date.

Our support team will provide instructions on how to return the item and process the exchange request.

Once the returned item is received and inspected according to our ITEM CONDITION policy, the replacement order will be processed and shipped.

RETURNS

Items must have been purchased from FallenFootwear.com within 30 days of the return request.

If you would like to return an item, please contact customerservice@fallenfootwear.us before shipping the product. Our team will provide the appropriate instructions to process your return.

Please do not send any products back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorized returns may experience delays or be refused.

After our support team confirms your return request, you will be able to choose one of the following options:

1. Return for a Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, minus original shipping charges.

Once processed, refunds may take between 1–3 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

2. Return for Store Credit

The value of the returned item(s) will be issued as store credit via digital gift card.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive the item(s), our team will inspect the products to ensure they comply with our ITEM CONDITION policy before processing the selected return option.

Returns are generally inspected within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note that SALE items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.
